Baymak was established. 
The first burner was sold.
1969
Baymak started to produce its first products including independent boilers, piston pump pressure boosters, water heaters, etc.
1970
The first wall hung boiler was sold.
1990
The first air-conditioner was sold.
1994
First export was made.
1996
Partnership with Baxi was established.
2002
Production capacity increased and Baymak moved to Tuzla, Istanbul.
2004
Second plant was built in Istanbul.
2007
The first wall hung boiler was produced.
2008
- Condensing wall hung boiler production was started.
2010
Baymak became a 100% BDR Thermea Group company. 
It became the leader with its brand Lectus in the condensing wall hung boiler market.
2013
Baymak received the first prize in "Excellence Awards" for Lean Production among BDR Thermea Group companies - Baymak received the first A.L.F.A Award as the best brand to manage customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.
2016
Baymak became the fastest growing company of BDR Thermea Group. 
Baymak Academy was established.
2018
It participated in the Turquality program.
2019
Baymak built the first Digital Transformation Office of the HVAC industry. - Production of Baymak Lunatec, the first hydrogen (20%) and natural gas operated wall hung boiler of Türkiye,
2021
Baymak received the Green Office Certificate given by the WWF (World Wildlife Fund)
2022
Baymak received the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) GOLD Certificate
